Are there group discounts to attend?
Senior Living Executive Conference & Expo is pleased to offer group registration rates for various organizations planning to send four or more people from the same organization to the conference. This discount is only applicable to C-Level and Community-Level Full Conference Passes. The Group Discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes and is only applicable to new registrations.
To take advantage of this discount, please have one person from your organization click here to contact us before registering. Please provide your organization name and the number of people in your group to receive a unique discount code and further instructions.
Are there discounted hotel and airline rates?
We have negotiated discounted room rates for attendees and exhibitors to make your trip to New Orleans more affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you register for the Senior Living Executive Conference, the housing link will be emailed to you.
Only after you register, will you be able to access the exclusive room block links to create your reservation. The link will be in your registration email confirmation.
Important Note About Scammers
Scammers may call or email conference attendees, faculty, and exhibitors, claiming to represent The Senior Living Executive Conference or its vendors, and encourage you to book rooms using fake promotion companies like "Exhibitors Housing Services" or "Convention Hotel Services." They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like Senior Living Executive Conference or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. Neither The Senior Living Executive Conference, HMP, or our host hotels will ever call you to solicit hotel reservations. Members of the working media wishing to attend and cover any part of the 2023 Senior Living Executive Conference must be registered attendees of the meeting. There is no charge for credentialed media to attend but note that you or your organization are responsible for hotel reservations and travel arrangements (these are not included with registration) and should be arranged in advance.

What’s the dress code for the conference?
Dress during the conference is business casual. Please be sure to dress in layers and carry a sweater or jacket, as the temperature in the meeting rooms is difficult to regulate and meeting rooms may be cold or warm.
