Frequently Asked Questions

What is included with my Booth?
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set up with 8' high blue and white backwall drape and 3' high blue and white side drape. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a one-line identification sign upon request. Furniture is NOT included with your booth.

Is the exhibit hall carpeted?
No, the exhibit area is not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in tuxedo. Show Management requires all exhibitors provide flooring for their booth.

How can I order badges?
Use the exhibitor portal (schedule to open by February 1) to access your account, where you can add the names of your booth staff. The log-in details are provided in your booth confirmation email. The deadline to request badges is April 28, 2023. Badges can only be requested onsite after that date.

Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations

Please be aware that Senior Living Executive Conference does not sell or distribute Senior Living Executive Conference attendee lists to any third-party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third-party vendor to purchase a Senior Living Executive Conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a Senior Living Executive Conference attendee list please report them to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders. We send them to cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on the proper handling of these requests.
